How long does it take to craft my custom piece?

Because this is a made-to-order item (not mass-produced), we need 3-5 business days to laser-engrave, polish, and package your piece. Once shipped, it flies directly to you. Check the "Delivery & Arrival" section for shipping times to your country.

What if I make a mistake in my order?

We understand that typos happen! If you notice an error immediately after ordering, please email us within 2 hours. Since we move fast to start crafting, we need to catch it early to update your design.

Can I preview my personalization before placing the order or before the order ships out?


Currently, customization previews are not automatically available before order completion and payment. Once your order is placed and payment is received, our system will begin processing your request.

If you would like to see a proof of your custom design before engraving, please leave a note during checkout requesting a preview. Our team will be happy to provide a proof and await your approval to begin production.
