Cardanya Refunds and Returns Policy

At Cardanya, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and satisfaction with every personalized product we create. Our commitment is to ensure that each item you purchase meets our high standards and yours.

**We do not accept returns** - Given the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Made Just for You: Each Cardanya product is crafted based on your unique choices, from product color to engraving details. Due to this highly personalized process, we are unable to accept returns. This ensures every customer receives a product made specifically for them, fresh and untouched.

Cardanya’s Quality Assurance: We pride ourselves on the precision and care put into every item. Should there be an error on our part—be it the wrong product color, a scratched product, misengraved details, incorrect names, or any discrepancy with your order—we pledge to remake and reship the product at no additional cost to you.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

 While we cannot consider refunding orders, our commitment is to rectify our mistakes swiftly and satisfactorily at our own cost, whenever the issue occurred from Ownprint’s end.

If the issue did not occur from cardanya’s end, e.g. you or your customer adds the wrong engraving info, details for the order, shipping address, any issue that did not occur from our end, cardanya is not responsible for reproducing the order at our own cost.
